mySearchWord

mySearchWord is a computerised program that allows you to create customised search word puzzles to print and solve.

mySearchWord features include:

Adjustable size puzzles from 5x5 to 20x20 letters
You can control the direction of the words to essentially set the difficulty level
Create individual puzzles, or create a book of puzzles
Puzzles are saved as PDF files, so you can reprint as many as you wish
Ability to create your own lists of words so your puzzles can contain family members names, pets, your own vocabularly lists and such like
Several word lists are available including Animals, Canadian geography, United States, Countries of the World, Capitals of the World, Books of the Bible, Bible Names
Programmed using tcl/TK

Downloading mySearchWord:

Windows users please download this file and save it to your computer. This file is approximately 2.5 MB in size, so it may take a while to download if you are using a slow connection.
You can create a new folder on your desktop, or your home directory called "mySearchWord", and save the mySearchWord.exe file in there. To run the program, just click on the file.
Create a shortcut on your desktop to this file. This is as easy as clicking on the saved file with you right mouse button, selecting "Send to ..." and then "Desktop (create shortcut)".
